Trophy Club Country Club Presented By Hooters Print
Monday, March 17 2008, 12:00pm - 6:00pm

Join The Golfers Home on Monday, March 17th, as we play this beautiful private course. We'll start at noon (shotgun) with registration beginning at 11 am. The cost to play this outing is $48 for premium members and $60 for non-members. Plus, you will receive $25 in gift cards to an area golf store.

Trophy Club Country Club is nestled in the Dallas/Fort Worth's rolling and picturesque countryside and is the only course golf-great Ben Hogan ever designed. It is demanding and serene at the same time. Trophy Club CC offers not only 18 holes of golf masterminded by Hogan, but it is also home to another 18 holes of equally challenging course design by Arthur Hills.

We will be joined at this outing by the Hooters Girls, and will head to the Hooters in Grapevine afterwards. Hooters is located at 1711 Crossroads Dr.

Location: 500 Trophy Club Dr., Trophy Club 76262

Woods said he has spoken to Royal & Ancient chief executive Peter Dawson the last several years about how the language could be written in the Rules of Golf that effectively would ban such putters.

“My idea was to have it so that the putter would be equal to or less than the shortest club in your bag,” Woods said. “And I think with that, we’d…

  • Tourspecgolf 2011 Best Clubs Part 3 Posted: Feb 7 2012 | 8:41 am

We're already into the second month of 2012 and I haven't finished the recap yet for 2011's best clubs at TSG. I've been swamped with the new site launch and getting ready for the Japan Golf Fair as well as helping many golfers get their 2012 bags in order. As I had mentioned in part [...]...(read more)
